In 1999, While attending the Illinois Institute of Technology, Noe had the opportunity to work as a Floor Runner for a company called Iowa Grains in the grain Room at the Chicago Board of Trade. Within a short time, he knew that markets and trading would be a part of him for the rest of his life. Within 3 years and through a series of events and opportunities Noe was presented with a chance at becoming a CBOT member, having full trading privileges, and trading in the 10-year note pit. He preferred to trade in the office as he would have access to more screen real estate. There He traded 10-year Notes, 30 year Bonds, and Mini-Dow. In 2006, as a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange Noe started trading Crude Oil and Natural Gas and later Metals and Softs. During that time he partnered with his clearing firm to hire, train, fund and handle the risk management for new electronic traders. Since 2010, He has traded on his own and has acquired and managed a merchant portfolio in the Electronic Payments industry.
